The service committee plans community events for our fraternity. Without them, there would be no Alpha Phi Omega. Being a part of the Service Committee requires responsible people that are dedicated to helping the Rho Pi Chapter @ UCSD as well as the community.

This part of the service page will provide some information about the projects, location, chairs and much much more. Please come by and check this from time to time if you are ever in question about a service project.

If you cannot make it to a service event, please contact the service chair more than the night before. . . it's only common courtesy. Please don't be late to a service project! You make the rest of the group late and the whole fraternity look bad!

Tuesdays - Thursdays, Sundays
TUTORING WITH KOSOVO 3:30-8:30pm
This project can be done in a 2 hour shift. You basically sign up with a friend and contact each other on which day you would like to go to help out the kids. There are 6 kids that we help tutor and the age group ranges from elementary to high school.

Center for the Blind 8:30-1pm
Arts and crafts with the blind. We will aid them in their creative projects

Thursdays
Mama’s Kitchen 3:30pm
Similar to Special Delivery, we are taking on another route to deliver food to aids patients.

Fridays
Bowling with the Blind 8:30-12pm
We will assist the blind so they can bowl.

SPECIAL DELIVERY 2:30 pm
We help deliver food to aids patients.
